Welcome to SkySight Aerial! By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We offer drone-based aerial photography, videography, inspections, and mapping. Services are customized per project based on a written agreement or scope.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit of £100 is required to confirm your booking.

  • Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated.

  • Late payments may incur a 25% monthly fee.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must secure necessary permissions for flight locations.

  • Notify relevant parties of drone activity.

  • Flights may be postponed or cancelled if the area is unsafe or restricted.

4. Weather & Rescheduling

  • Drone flights are weather-dependent. Unsafe conditions (e.g., wind, rain) may cause delays.

  • Rescheduling due to weather is free of charge.

5. Legal Compliance

  • We operate in full compliance with CAA.

  • We do not fly in restricted zones without legal authorization.

  • SkySight Aerial reserves the right to refuse any service that violates legal or safety standards.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancel 7 days or more before your booking for a full deposit refund.

  • Cancellations within 7 days may result in loss of deposit.

7. Ownership & Licensing

  • We retain copyright on all content unless otherwise agreed.

  • You receive a license to use the final deliverables for agreed purposes.

  • Reselling or redistributing our content without permission is not allowed.

8. Liability & Insurance

  • We are fully insured. Proof available on request.

  • We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

  • Client interference that causes damage may result in liability.

9. Privacy & Data

  • We do not share client footage without permission.

  • We may use general or anonymized footage for marketing unless declined in writing.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Devon, UK.

11. Changes to Terms

SkySight Aerial may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here.
